Bhaji Blossoms / chive flowers & nasturtiums fried in a chickpea batter
Salmon Rostis / potato rostis topped with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, dill & marigold petals
SWEET ALYSSUM / Polenta, Mascarpone & Honeycomb.
DIANTHUS / Fish Bonne Femme.
LAVENDER / Lavender Goat Cheese Salad.
VIOLET / Pork Neck & Asparagus with Violets & Malt.

Spring is here in full bloom! Come and celebrate this beautiful season with a dinner filled with flowers and all the natural colours of the rainbow.
You will receive a complementary cocktail on arrival then we will mingle over the shared cheese board. Once everyone’s acquainted we will sit down to a multi-course meal. We will end the meal with a unique floral tea painstakingly handblended by Tea Potion!
