What comes to mind when you think about Independence Day? For me it’s a clam bake! Living in a world saturated with American films and tv shows, this American beach-side tradition is front and center of Independence Day celebrations in my mind. A New England Clam Bake is a social gathering outdoors, especially for eating clams and other seafood and a cooking technique.
New England  is a region in the northeastern corner of the United States consisting of the six states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
This event will take place on the beach; with shelter & heaters and hot food to keep us warm & steamy! The evening will give you some great company, a complementary cocktail on arrival and a three course meal centered around the seafood main cooked on the beach!

Our next event is a rustic Italian dinner

We’re putting on a five course Italian feast with dishes from all over Italy.  including Milan, Capri, The Piacenza Valley & Sicily. You will start the night with a complementary cocktail and meet your fellow dinner guests over a shared antipasto platter. Once seated the meal will continue with a handmade ravioli entree, a Caprese Salata for the salad course and a traditional Milanese main. The night will end with a classic Italian dessert and the all important coffee and tea.
