EVENT // HELLO SPRING! [a crafty sunday supper]

Join us for a four course communal dinner in The Craft Parlour garden as we celebrate the arrival of spring! This event of food & craft draws inspiration from fresh spring blooms, warmer days and the vibrancy of this season’s produce. This homemade vegetarian meal will begin with a complementary cocktail followed by some delightful paper gardening then we will we gather around the table to delight in good food and in good company.

EVENT // Pancake Breakfast


Pancakes! Aren’t they the best?! Hotcakes, crepes, blinis, raggmunk, piklets, dosa – so many variations from around the world with both sweet and savoury options!

This meal will be an array of pancakes and a great chance to socialise with other pancake lovers! I’m excited to serve up Kaiserschmarrn or Emperors Mess, a favourite pancake dish of Austrian Kaiser Franz Joseph I.

Kids welcome, we will set up near a playground to keep them entertained and they’ll get a pancake themed meal box with colouring pages!

My Congee Recipe

Congee is my favourite winter dish. I like to make a huge pot and then serve it up for dinner with different toppings over the next few nights.  After all this rain I couldn’t think of anything more comforting! It’s basically a warm hug in a bowl, nothing better that congee and a cup of tea in my opinion on a cold night.
