Please read the Terms and Conditions below. By purchasing tickets you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets are sold on a strict no refund basis.

If you can’t make it please don’t just not show up, we will wait for you and this will throw the whole meal out of wack.

Most guests who have found themselves in this position have organised friends to take their seats and sorted the money out between themselves. In this situation please be sure to email.

If you give us enough notice we will try and sell your seat for you and then you will have a credit towards another event but this isn’t always possible.

In the unlikely event of a cancelled or postponed event, you will be offered a credit to a future event for yourself or a gift certificate to be passed on to someone else.

TIPS FROM THE UNDERGROUND RESTAURANT
We were inspired to start Goldtoast because of Kerstin aka MsMarmiteLover who runs The Underground Restaurant. Her ‘Do’s and Don’ts for the supper club guest‘ is a great read, it really gives an understanding of all that we go through and the restaurant / supper club differences.

CHILDREN & FURBABIES
Picnic lunches and most brunches (depending on locations – just send us an email) are kid friendly. If they’re not going to eat, of course there is no additional cost. If they plan to eat and are under 13 let us know when booking and we’ll give you the reduced kiddy price.

Our picnics & lunches are dog friendly events, we can’t guarantee other guests won’t bring along their dogs please be aware of this before attending and if you have a problem with dogs maybe come along to a dinner instead. Dinners are sometimes hosted in peoples homes and they may have pets, it’s all part of the charm.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are made through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account, you can checkout with a credit card.
Alternatively, email us for bank deposit details.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
By entering the event site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. We’re pretty nice and therefore will try not share unflattering pics!
Goldtoast shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or at the event.
